Orders take 7-15 days to reach our customers depending on their location. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, lead times may be longer. However, we will send notifications to your emails, updating you on the progress of your order.

We offer other payment options such as bank wire (WR) and Western Union (WU) transfers. Please send us an email with the following details and we will send you instructions to remit funds:

Your email will be responded to within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped until we receive total funds and have sent a confirmation of receipt of funds to your email inbox. Please ensure to add transfer fees to your total bill. We will not cover your wire transfer or western union fees.

This can be a very convenient means to order if you do not have a credit card however please ensure to follow the instructions so your order can be filled in the shortest possible time.

We also cannot guarantee that products will still be in stock when your funds are cleared at our bank or received at western union. We will work to get your desired product to you as best as we can if there are limited product quantities at any time. However, you can select other in-stock products should this rare incident occur on your account.
